We aim to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48 services, depending on your selection at checkout.

All orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with further instructions.
